Attivare builds on 6 years of successful fundraising for start-ups under the Seedchange banner. Now we bring ESICs to the sophisticated investor market.
Our team
Eric Ranson
Co-founder
Eric is a qualified actuary and his expertise is in structured finance. He was an early player in the Australian securitisation market with RAMs, has been the Treasurer of Australian Mortgage Securities, and has decades of experience as a portfolio manager in derivatives, securities and life settlements.
Eric is passionate about the centrality of innovation for Australia’s future and is driven to create efficient finance solutions for start-ups.
Peter Topperwien
Co-founder
Peter is a lawyer. He began his career practising tax and commercial law, and has published on company taxation. Peter has established many successful Australian businesses. He was a pioneer in the life settlement market in Australia and the US, and has decades of experience managing specialised asset portfolios, as well as funding large-scale projects.
Peter believes that advancement comes from individuals with great ideas. He currently runs a company producing environmentally-friendly soil conditioners, an alternative to harmful fertilisers.
David Strybosch
Co-founder
David has over 25 years of insight and experience as a family office specialist, investment adviser. David enjoys working with families and enterprises, in Australia and globally, to empower them financially.
David has founded several disruptive businesses and is especially excited about social impact and sustainability.
