Why invest?

We believe that innovation is key to driving economic and societal progress in the modern world, improving the quality of life for Australians.

You can play a role in stimulating innovation and supporting upcoming products and ideas by leveraging your financial and tax affairs in a way that generates value.

Risk management is the core of the Attivare model. No start-ups have failed under our management. And some of our start-ups have grown into successful companies.

The ease, continuity and risk management in our model gives the start-up, and so the investment, the best chances of success. Start-ups have a funding stream over several years without having to expend time and energy constantly pitching to investors. This frees them up to focus on what’s important: the product. They can be bold in their ideas knowing that they’re not putting investors at high risk.

A case study

InnAus is an ESIC startup. InnAus attracts five investors, each investing $1m. InnAus has raised $5m of capital. Under Attivare’s management, InnAus agrees to limit spending to revenue for the first three years. InnAus earns interest revenue off the capital it has raised.

InnAus will have a minimum of $200,000 per year for three years to spend on developing their product.

The capital is prudently managed until the product is proven. InnAus doesn’t have the pressure of managing investor nerves and expectations, so they are free to focus on the product.

This is a modest example; InnAus could attract up to 50 investors, thus raising over $50m in capital and having a minimum of $2m per year of revenue to spend.
